NOTE: You need a Rank to use these commands!

/fix - Repairs item in hand
- Cooldown (NO Rank): 20 minutes
- Cooldown (Comet Rank): 10 minutes
- Cooldown (Titan Rank): 5 minutes
- Cooldown (Galactic Rank): 2 minutes
/fix all - Repairs all items in inventory including armor pieces currently equipped
- Cooldown (Titan Rank): 10 minutes
- Cooldown (Galactic Rank): 2 minutes

NOTE: /fix & /fix all share the same cooldown!
