The Redstone Timer is a configurable automation device that emits a Redstone signal at set intervals, eliminating the need for unreliable hopper clocks.

Obtaining the Redstone Timer

The Redstone Timer is available from the Science Shop (Tier II). Once purchased, it can be placed on an **island** to control Redstone automation efficiently.

Using the Redstone Timer

To set up and use a Redstone Timer, follow these steps:

1. Place the Redstone Timer on your island. 2. Right-click the timer to open the settings menu. 3. Adjust the interval from anywhere between **1 second to 30 minutes**. 4. Once set, the timer will **emit a Redstone signal** at the chosen interval.

The signal is emitted from **all horizontal directions**, making it a versatile tool for automation.

Placement Restrictions

An island can have a maximum of 20 Redstone Timers placed at a time.
