Sockets allow you to enhance your gear with custom enchants, giving you a crucial advantage in the battles to come.

Acquiring Sockets

  • Throughout the game, you can discover gear that already has sockets applied
  • These can be obtained through Adventures, Realm shops, etc
  • You can also obtain +1 Socket Expanders with varying success rates (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)
  • Simply drag and drop them onto the piece of gear to attempt to add an extra socket.
  • If the attempt fails, the socket is lost, but your great remains unaffected

Tiers and limitations

  • There are five different tiers of sockets:
    • Uncommon
    • Elite
    • Rare
    • Legendary
    • Boss
  • Each piece of gear can have one socket from each tier applied, with few exceptions explained below
  • Each socket can hold one enchantment of the same tier or lower
    • For Example, Uncommon sockets can only contain Uncommon enchants, while Boss sockets can contain enchants from any tier

Special socketed items

  • Certain high-tier loot additives, such as bosses or lootboxes can reward you with gear that has multiple sockets of the same tier
