Black Scrolls

A familar face comes to CosmicSky, The Blackscroll comes as another scroll useable for set creation with Custom Enchants. The Black Scroll can be applied to a Custom Enchant to Remove a random Custom Enchant from the piece of gear with the % break chance listed on the Black Scroll Used.
