New to the Cosmicsky world of Custom Enchants comes a new type of Scroll. The Randomization Scroll
! The Randomization Scroll can be applied to a Custom Enchant to completely randomize the % Destroy rate of that Enchant Gem

Randomization Scrolls
Each Randomizatiopn Scroll will come with a Tier and Rairty to reflect which Enchant Gem it can be applied too.
