Halloween is almost upon us, and it wouldn't be Cosmic without a Halloween event! This year's festivities bring back our favorite Halloween Adventure mobs, Blood Bags, and special event items, alongside two brand new events in The Abyss: The Graveyard and Haunted Zones.
Adventure Pumpkin Event
The Pumpkin Event is returning to /adventure! Players will have two additional Halloween hitlist bars in the top-left of their TAB list.
Jack-O-Lantern Hitlist
- The Jack-O-Lantern hitlist is unlocked by default.
- Jack-O-Lanterns have a chance to spawn as players defeat normal Adventure Marauders.
- Defeating 10 Jack-O-Lanterns completes the hitlist and spawns a Pumpkin.
- Break the Pumpkin 5 times to receive Legendary-tier Adventure loot and additional Halloween rewards.
- This is a primary source of Corrupted Lantern Marauder Keys.
Corrupted Jack-O-Lantern Hitlist
- The Corrupted hitlist requires a Corrupted Lantern Marauder Key to unlock.
- Players must unlock this tier before they can spawn or damage Corrupted Jack-O-Lanterns.
- Defeating 10 Corrupted Jack-O-Lanterns completes the hitlist and spawns a Pumpkin.
- Break the Pumpkin 5 times to receive Heroic-tier Adventure loot and Halloween rewards.
Haunted Zones in The Abyss provide another way to encounter Halloween mobs and progress these hitlists.
The Abyss: Graveyard
The dead are rising in The Abyss! The Graveyard is a new scheduled Halloween raid at The Graveyard POI in the Lawful Zone. Players fight Lost Cosmonauts, complete gravestone objectives, and face The Reaper. As the area is Lawful, players do not lose their gear when they die in the raid.
Schedule & Location
- The Graveyard Raid begins daily at 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 8:00 PM CST.
- A 15-minute build-up begins before each raid, with gravestones rising and announcements counting down to the event.
- The upcoming raid appears in /events.
- The raid takes place at The Graveyard POI in The Abyss. The Reaper emerges from his crypt within this area.
Raid Waves & Gravestones
- The event consists of 5 waves of increasingly difficult Lost Cosmonauts.
- During Waves 1 through 4, players must defeat the required mobs and complete gravestone objectives before the timer ends.
- Gravestones have three types of objectives: Smash (attack the stone), Crouch (crouch beside it), and Slay (defeat nearby raid mobs).
- Enemies include Lost Cosmonauts, Lost Whelps, Lost Ravagers, Gravewardens, and Skeleton Warriors. Some wear the heads of actual CosmicSky players!
- Special Healing Trinket Refill graves can appear during later waves.
The Reaper Boss
The Reaper rises from his crypt after Wave 1. Unlike a traditional final-wave boss, he fights alongside the raid's progression.
- As The Reaper weakens, he retreats to his crypt and summons additional waves of Lost Cosmonauts.
- Players must clear each summoned wave before The Reaper returns to fight.
- When defeated the first time, he revives with full health and summons an endless final wave.
- The raid ends only when players defeat The Reaper for good.
The Reaper's Abilities
- Scythe Sweep: A sweeping attack that damages and knocks back nearby players.
- Soul Chain: Links players together. They must move apart to break the chain or take heavy damage while The Reaper heals.
- Bone Collector: Throws giant bones toward players. Breaking the bones grants additional Graveyard Bones.
- Plague Flasks: Creates damaging pools on the ground.
Deaths, Revivals & Rewards
- Players who die become Ghosts and cannot continue participating or earning new raid rewards until revived.
- Ghosts can return to the fight by defeating Marauders in The Abyss to meet their revival requirement.
- Earn Graveyard Bones for defeating mobs, clearing waves, and completing the raid.
- Spend Graveyard Bones at the Bone Broker NPC for fixed rewards and a rotating shop selection.
- Earn Reaper Tickets for damaging the boss, helping complete waves, and contributing to gravestone objectives.
- After The Reaper falls, tickets give players opportunities to claim prizes from The Reaper's Hoard.
The Abyss: Haunted Zones
Something has gone wrong in The Abyss! Defeating Jack-O-Lanterns can trigger a Haunted Zone, filling an area with Halloween Marauders and extra chances to earn Graveyard Bones.
How Haunted Zones Work
- A Jack-O-Lantern kill has a chance to activate a Haunted Zone in The Abyss.
- In Lawful areas, the event haunts the particular POI where it was triggered.
- In Neutral or Chaotic areas, the event haunts that entire alignment zone.
- Eligible normal Marauders can transform into Jack-O-Lanterns or Corrupted Jack-O-Lanterns when the zone starts or as mobs spawn.
- Each Haunted Zone lasts 15 minutes, followed by a 30-minute cooldown. Only one can be active at a time.
- Players receive an announcement identifying the haunted area and can see how much time remains.
Halloween Mobs & Graveyard Bones
- Haunted mobs contribute to the corresponding Halloween Adventure hitlists.
- Converted Halloween mobs have increased health and can provide Halloween loot.
- Mobs affected by a Haunted Zone can drop Graveyard Bones, including eligible Marauders that remain normal.
- Corrupted Jack-O-Lanterns always award a Bone when eligible for a drop, while other rolled mobs have an alignment-based chance.
- Mobs already affected by a Haunted Zone retain their Halloween status after the zone ends.
Blood Bags 2026
The familiar upgradable Blood Bags are back with five tiers of Halloween rewards!
- Obtain Tier 1 Blood Bags through Halloween loot sources.
- Use Blood Bag Serums to upgrade Blood Bags into higher tiers.
- Higher-tier Blood Bags are harder to obtain but offer increasingly valuable loot.
- Check each Blood Bag's loot preview to see its possible rewards.
Wrapped Candies
To get the treat, you'll have to live with the trick! Wrapped Candies are returning as special Halloween consumables.
- Open a Wrapped Candy to receive a random buff, debuff, and duration.
- Benefits and drawbacks remain active together for the duration of that Candy.
- Players may have only one Candy active at a time.
Halloween Special Event Enchantments & Sockets
Limited-time Halloween Special Event Enchantments and Sockets are returning, giving players more ways to customize their gear.
- Special Event Enchantments use their own Special Event Sockets and Socket Expanders.
- These items can be found through Halloween event rewards and loot sources.
- Event Enchantments are available to obtain for a limited time, but remain usable afterward.
Gargoyle Mask & Haunted Pumpkin Pet
Two spooky additions bring extra bonuses to this year's Abyss events!
Gargoyle Mask
The new Gargoyle Mask provides special benefits during Graveyard Raids and a unique PvP ability.
- +5% damage against Graveyard mobs and The Reaper.
- +10% chance to earn extra Graveyard Bones from Graveyard mob kills.

Haunted Pumpkin Pet
The Haunted Pumpkin Pet returns with an updated ability and support for the current /pets system.
- While its ability is active, increases the chance of triggering Haunted Zones in The Abyss.
- Provides a chance to earn 5 additional Graveyard Bones when defeating Haunted Zone mobs.
- At Level 10, the ability lasts 10 minutes and has a 60-minute cooldown.
- Manage the pet through /pets.
