Adventure Alignments & Alignment Zones

Adventure worlds are divided into three distinct alignment zones that govern player interactions, PvP rules, and Marauders spawn rates. All players begin their journey at a designated Point of Interest (POI) located in the Lawful Zone.

Below are all of the Zones found in Adventures:

  • Lawful
    • PvP is DISABLED – players cannot attack or be attacked while in the Lawful Zone.
    • All Items are Kept on Death
    • This zone features lower spawn rates for high-tier Marauders (including Godly+ and Mythic).
    • The spawn POI is located here.
  • Neutral
    • PvP is ENABLED in this zone.
    • Players receive a base 15-minute Neutral Timer upon entry.
    • While in the zone:
      • Killing Marauders reduces the Neutral Timer (higher-tier mobs reduce more time).
      • If the timer is below the base 15 minutes, it increases by 1 second per second spent in the zone.
    • The Neutral Curse applies on death: players lose 25% of their inventory (plus an additional 10% per player kill).
    • Timer limits vary per Adventure:
      • Minimum and maximum values are set based on the Adventure you're in.
  • Chaotic
    • PvP is ENABLED in this zone.
    • Players are assigned a base 15-minute Chaotic Timer on entry.
    • While in the Chaotic Zone:
      • Killing Marauders reduces the timer (higher-tier mobs reduce more time).
      • The timer increases by 1 second for each second spent in the zone if below the base.
      • Killing another player adds 10 minutes to the timer, up to the zone’s cap.
    • Timer caps match those used in the Neutral Zone.
    • A global alert is triggered when entering a Chaotic Zone.

Note: The locations of Lawful, Neutral, and Chaotic Zones vary between each Adventure.

Additional Alignment Mechanics
