			Neutral Bosses appear inside the Neutral Zones of an adventure and offer a lighter version of Chaotic Boss fights. Here is how they work:

			* Spawn inside one of the Neutral Zones in the first instance of an /adventure
			* Respawn every 2–3 hours
			* All players in that adventure instance receive a notification before the boss appears
			* Use the same attack patterns as Chaotic Bosses, but with reduced HP and lower damage
			* Dropping a Neutral Boss rewards the player with 3 Neutral Boss loot items
			* Loot comes from a downscaled version of the Chaotic Boss loot table
